These Terms of Use govern your use of Grow Planner, the House of Dominion website, and related beta services provided by House of Dominion LLC.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Grow Planner or related House of Dominion services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

Lawful use

Grow Planner is intended only for lawful cultivation and related planning or recordkeeping. You may use Grow Planner only where cultivation is lawful and only if you are legally permitted to do so.

Laws, regulations, age requirements, possession limits, cultivation limits, and other legal requirements vary by location and may change. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you.

Informational tool

Grow Planner is a cultivation planning and recordkeeping tool. It provides informational guidance based on information, selections, observations, and records available to the app.

Grow Planner does not provide legal, medical, or other professional advice. Guidance, projections, schedules, recommendations, and estimated ranges are informational and do not guarantee any particular cultivation result.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and for evaluating whether any action is appropriate for your plants, equipment, environment, products, and circumstances.

Products and manufacturer instructions

Always read and follow applicable product labels, manufacturer instructions, safety information, dosage directions, and warnings. Grow Planner does not replace or override manufacturer instructions.

Beta software

Grow Planner may be provided as beta or prerelease software. Beta software may contain bugs, incomplete features, inaccurate displays, interruptions, or other unexpected behavior. Features and data structures may change as the product develops.

You should keep any independent records you consider important and should not rely on beta software as your only record of information you cannot afford to lose.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how House of Dominion LLC handles information associated with Grow Planner, the website, and the current beta program.

Third-party services

Grow Planner and the beta program may rely on third-party services such as Apple TestFlight or platform services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

Intellectual property

Grow Planner, the House of Dominion website, associated branding, software, designs, text, and other original materials are owned by House of Dominion LLC or used with permission, except where otherwise stated.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Grow Planner or House of Dominion intellectual property to you.

Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, comments, or other feedback about Grow Planner, you permit House of Dominion LLC to use that feedback to evaluate, improve, develop, and operate its products and services without an obligation to compensate you.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Planner and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

House of Dominion LLC does not warrant that Grow Planner will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every recommendation or calculation will be appropriate for every grow, or that use of Grow Planner will produce a particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Dominion LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Grow Planner or related services, including lost data, lost profits, plant or crop loss, or damage resulting from decisions made using informational guidance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or limitation.

Changes to Grow Planner or these terms

House of Dominion LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services as Grow Planner develops. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

If a material legal update requires renewed acknowledgement in Grow Planner, the app may ask you to review and accept the updated terms before continuing.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
