Privacy Policy

This policy explains how House of Dominion LLC handles information through this website and the current Grow Planner TestFlight beta.

Grow Planner data

Grow Planner stores your grow information locally on your device. The current beta does not require a Grow Planner account or use a House of Dominion backend to send your plants, grow plans, care logs, schedules, watering information, nutrient information, observations, diagnostic records, or other grow records to us.

Grow Planner also stores a local record when you acknowledge the current legal notice so that the notice does not appear on every launch. In the current beta, that acknowledgement remains on your device and is not sent to House of Dominion LLC.

Information you choose to send House of Dominion directly, such as support email, feedback, screenshots, or screen recordings, is information you voluntarily share.

Founding Tester signup

When you request Founding Tester access, we collect your name, TestFlight email address, growing experience selection, and beta acknowledgement. We also store the submission time and administrative status of the request.

We use this information to review beta requests, administer Founding Tester access, and manage TestFlight invitations. The beta signup database is not designed to collect plant counts, strain names, grow locations, grow photos, schedules, or other grow details.

House of Dominion does not intentionally store your IP address as part of the beta signup record.

Apple TestFlight

If you join the beta through Apple TestFlight, Apple automatically collects crash logs and usage information and shares beta-testing information with the application provider.

Feedback you choose to submit through TestFlight may include comments, screenshots, and related app or device information. This TestFlight information is separate from the grow records that Grow Planner stores locally on your device.

Cloudflare and website security

This website and beta signup service use Cloudflare infrastructure for site delivery, security, reliability, beta signup data storage, and abuse prevention. Cloudflare may process technical request information needed to provide those services, including IP address, browser, and request information.

The beta signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Turnstile performs security checks and produces a verification token that our server sends to Cloudflare for validation.

We do not send your name, TestFlight email address, growing experience selection, or beta acknowledgement to the Turnstile validation endpoint. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store, or transmit form entries or other page inputs.

Sale, advertising, and tracking

House of Dominion LLC does not sell personal information. We do not currently use advertising or behavioral-tracking technologies on this website.

Retention and privacy requests

We retain beta signup information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the beta, maintain Founding Tester participation records, handle related requests, and meet applicable security, legal, or recordkeeping needs.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that House of Dominion LLC maintains about you.
